Survey of Women in the Wine Industry - Have Your Say!

Our fabulous family has grown so fast and furious that we can now as a collective use our size to really find out what women think about working in the UK wine industry and use this data to push for active change to improve working environments.

Curious Vines and PROOF Insight have collaborated to create a robust survey on UK Women in the Wine Industry! This collaboration is the first survey to discover how women feel about working in the UK wine industry. This is the chance for all women whose job is involved with wine to input their true experiences of working in the wine industry including but not limited to all aspects of communication, hospitality, marketing, sales, buying, distribution, operations, insights and so forth.

We do ask for everyone’s support in amplifying the survey to their wine industry friends and colleagues to ensure we get the participation rate up beyond just the Curious Vines network and show the strong interest that women have in making the wine industry we love a better place to work. We have to help ourselves with this one. So please complete the survey and share with your friends and colleagues in the wine industry so we can capture as much data as possible. This is your platform so let's really see how we can help each other make the wine industry better.

This survey will give women a chance to tell the industry what their experience is really like. I want proper statistics to tell me if there are issues that need to be addressed.
